On behalf of the CABA Board of Directors, we do hope that you are staying
healthy and well in these challenging times.

COVID-19 has refocused efforts in building technology, operations and
design with disease prevention and occupant health at the forefront. The
impacts of COVID-19 on intelligent buildings has been one of the most
requested research projects for CABA. Many organizations are trying to
learn how to reduce risk and make their buildings safe for employees and
others.

Therefore, the CABA Board selected and are pleased to announce a new
Intelligent Building Council (IBC) Landmark Research Project, “*Intelligent

the funders receive the full research, valued at $130,000.

The selected research firm will be hosting a webinar on July 16, 2020 (see
below). Open to both members and non-members, this webinar will provide
information on the topic in general, as well as some details about the
research. Anyone attending will receive a complimentary copy of the
executive summary of CABA’s “* Monetization of Intelligent Buildings*”
Research Report.
