<p style="FONT-SIZE: 14px; FONT-FAMILY: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; text-align:justify;">Del encuentro virtual convocado por los funcionarios participaron seis directivos de la Cámara Argentina de Internet. Su presidente, Ariel Graizer, comentó a <strong>Convergencia</strong> que pidieron que se tenga en cuenta la realidad singular que tienen las pyme en tres pilares distintivos de su operación: costos, regionalización y tecnologías. En base a esas particularidades sugirieron que el Decreto 690, que establece como servicios públicos esenciales y estratégicos en competencia Internet, la telefonía fija y móvil y la TV paga, sea reglamentado considerando las asimetrías existentes en el escenario competitivo.</p><p style="FONT-SIZE: 14px; FONT-FAMILY: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; text-align:justify;">Lo expresado tiene alguna similitud con lo que postularon las federaciones de cooperativas el miércoles último. Y la asimetría se relaciona también con el precio de los servicios según la región y la tecnología.</p><p style="FONT-SIZE: 14px; FONT-FAMILY: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; text-align:justify;">Graizer y los cinco vicepresidentes de Cabase que lo acompañaron, pusieron como ejemplo de regulación asimétrica la normativa diseñada por Brasil a comienzos de la década, que generó el surgimiento en el pais vecino de unas 15.000 empresas, cada una de las cuales tiene pequeñas porciones de mercado. Explicó el dirigente que se consiguió así universalización y mayor cobertura con los servicios de Internet, algo a lo que apuntan las autoridades argentinas, interpretó Graizer.</p><p style="FONT-SIZE: 14px; FONT-FAMILY: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; text-align:justify;">Los funcionarios gubernamentales solicitaron a Cabase que presente un documento con sus recomendaciones a fin de considerarlo durante el proceso de elaboración de la reglamentación. La cámara hoy estaba invitando a todos sus miembros a participar el miércoles próximo de una reunión virtual para debatir los temas del texto que se enviará a las autoridades al finalizar la semana que viene.</p><p style="FONT-SIZE: 14px; FONT-FAMILY: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; text-align:justify;">Por Cabase asistieron Patricio Seoane, Esteban Tocalini, Ignacio Ribeiro, Esteban Lescano y Facundo Fernández.</p><p style="FONT-SIZE: 14px; FONT-FAMILY: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; text-align:justify;">Por el Enacom participaron el presidente, Claudio Ambrosini, el vice, Gustavo López y todo el directorio. Estuvo también la secretaria de Innovación, Micaela Sanchez Malcolm, y el sub secretario Tic, Martín Olmos.</p><p style="FONT-SIZE: 14px; FONT-FAMILY: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; text-align:justify;">Según trascendió, el gobierno invitará a los grandes operadores para reunirse la próxima semana. En las empresas aún no recibieron ninguna información.</p>
