Deberíamos definir la próxima semana la capacidad necesaria de cada uno y<br>
por ende el total que le vamos a pedir a Claro para continuar con el<br>
requerimiento planteado.<br>
Por lo que entendí, CLARO no va a iniciar el up-grade hasta que no tenga un<br>
requerimiento concreto. Debemos hacer dicho req para tener visibilidad de<br>
cuándo lo podríamos tener.<br>
