contratada, esto constituye un incumplimiento del contrato por parte de SAN JUAN Innova, el miembro contrata por ejemplo 1000 Mbps, pero ante la saturación no logra pasar los 500 Mbps y posee degradación de servicio. Cabe aclarar, que actualmente esto se manejaba
internamente entre los miembros afectados, pagándole el que se excedía, a los miembros que no pudieron utilizar su capacidad y encima saturaban y tenían reclamos de sus clientes. En estos casos, sería justo y necesario que SAN JUAN Innova ofrezca compensaciones
a los miembros afectados. Esto podría tomar la forma de bonificaciones o descuentos en las tarifas, reflejando la incapacidad de SAN JUAN Innova para proporcionar el servicio en las condiciones acordadas en el contrato y anexos.</span></p>

Buenos días, se les comunica a todos los integrantes del IXP San Juan que el directorio de San Juan Innova decidió que a partir del día de la fecha empezará a exigir a todos sus integrantes que tengan servicios contratados con San Juan Innova, el pago de los
excedentes sobre la capacidad contratada por sus integrantes. Este excedente se cobrará a partir del informe generado por CABASE de los consumos del mes anterior. Esto significa que en la factura del servicio con fecha de junio se le incorporará una línea
a los que sobrepasen en el mes de mayo la capacidad contratada sobre el informe de CABASE con el importe sobre la capacidad excedida.
