Primero fijate que el mail no sea falso (que la firma PGP (en la parte de
abajo que no copiaste) sea correcta (https://www.ip-echelon.com/pgp-keys/),
y que el mail venga del dominio correcto)

Después (si es legitimo) contactas (lo reenvias) al cliente que tiene esa
IP (168.194.216.196) y/o bloqueas ese puerto, y respondes diciendo que
tomaste medidas al respecto
