En nombre y representación de la Dirección de Ayuda Social para el Personal
del Congreso de la Nación nos dirigimos a Ustedes a los efectos de
invitarlos a participar del EXPEDIENTE N° 89/23 LICITACIÓN PRIVADA N° 30/23
"CONTRATACIÓN DE UN SERVICIO FULL INTERNET DE REDUNDACIA POR EL TÉRMINO DE
DOCE (12) MESES, CON OPCIÓN A PRÓRROGA POR IGUAL TÉRMINO A FAVOR DE ESTA
DAS" 

Fecha de apertura: 27 de septiembre de 2023   Hora: 12:00

Consultas del Pliego de Bases y Condiciones: Se recibirán en el Departamento
Compras y Obras Públicas, solo hasta 72 horas antes del comienzo del acto de
apertura.

Por escrito: Adolfo Alsina 1825, edificio anexo, 7° piso (1090) C.A.B.A.

Vista y descarga del pliego: Se envía adjunto al presente mensaje el pliego
de bases y condiciones particulares junto con las especificaciones técnicas,
la planilla de cotización y la declaración jurada de inelegibilidad.

Asimismo, se encuentra disponible para todo aquel que quiera descargarlo en
la página web institucional de esta Dirección de Ayuda Social 
https://das.gob.ar/ dentro del menú "Institucional", sección "Licitaciones -
Compras".

Lugar de presentación de las ofertas / Acto de apertura: Departamento
Compras y Obras Públicas Adolfo Alsina 1825, edificio anexo, 7 ° piso (1090)
C.A.B.A., anunciándose previamente en la Dirección de Seguridad de la D.A.S.
De lunes a viernes en el horario de 10 a 17 h, el día de la apertura hasta
antes del horario establecido para la apertura de ofertas.

Importante: Para la gestión actual se encuentran los términos nominados por
la Ley vigente y su reglamentación Resolución GG N°018/20, a través del cual
se aprueba el REGLAMENTO DE PROCEDIMIENTOS PARA LA CONTRATACIÓN DE BIENES,
OBRAS Y SERVICIOS DE LA DIRECCIÓN DE AYUDA SOCIAL PARA EL PERSONAL DEL
CONGRESO DE LA NACIÓN junto con el PLIEGO DE BASES Y CONDICIONES GENERALES y
Resolución GG Nº 023/21 "ACLARACIONES REGLAMENTO COMPRAS". 

Ambas resoluciones se encuentran disponibles para consultas en la página web
institucional de esta Dirección de Ayuda Social https://das.gob.ar/ dentro
del menú "Institucional", sección "Licitaciones - Compras".
