Julio, buenos dias, como estas?

Me están haciendo la siguiente consulta, yo tampoco lo entendí, me gustaría 
entender un poco mas el informe

¿sabes que es el ítem "Desglose del trafico Total para BUE (Carrier: 
Enlace directo)"  o tenes a alguien como para preguntarle?
En teoria indica un AB OUT de 57Gigas con un AB A PAGAR de 26Gigas
57164 Mbps        8.42%    26406 Mbps   Internet_Services BUE-ISS (ISS)
