[NAP CABASE JUN] NAP Junín. Pérdidas en enlaces. Problemas de Carga de Cache Netflix.

Les escribo porque estamos recibiendo desde Netflix el siguiente mail:

Estimados, buenas tardes. ¿Podrían echar un vistazo en este tema?

El server sigue teniendo timeout-error cuando intenta actualizarse.

Estuvimos trabajando estos últimos días y hablando con Pablo Fritz, que 
nos dice:

- "El enlace principal no tiene pérdidas, pero subió su retardo"



Algunas de estas pérdidas las podemos observar en el monitoreo de CABASE:

Pero en el monitoreo Local al NAP Junín no tengo esa gráfica, porque no 
tengo la IP del otro lado para cargar en nuestro smokeping.

El enlace secundario, de 1 Giga, por donde se cargan cachés, no 
"parecería" estar saturando, sin embargo, registra muchos paquetes perdidos:


Pueden revisar, por favor, estos problemas en los enlaces?
