Desde hoy a mediodía, tenemos problemas con una sesión de BGP contra 
CABASE, ASN 52376, ip 138.219.0.246 y 2001:13c7:6010:314::246

Adjunto imágenes de las sesiones BGP flapeando y de los enlaces de 
Telecom y Level3.

No veo pérdidas en los enlaces, ni errores.
