the appliance, plus an additional 1 hour for the
upgrade.</p>
<p>The firmware upgrade will trigger a reboot,
resulting in an interface flap and a BGP flap.
Netflix will monitor the upgrade progress and
metrics after the upgrade and will contact you
if any issues arise.</p>
