[NAP CABASE LPL] Problema caída peering IXP/ NAP 2023-08-23 pasadas 2:00AM aprox

Un problema de aprendizaje de MAC del switch Huawei causó que quede 
afuara la MAC del router de peering con la IP 200.115.81.254.

Haciendo shutdown de los dos lados switch y router y después de un rato 
volviendo a levantar con no shutdown/undo shutdown no cambia nada y 
sigue igual. Incluso desconectar, esperar un rato y conectar el cable 
tampoco.

En los logs del switch no aparece nada raro

y en los del router solo la alarma del FAN.

Lo que se podría hacer es agregar la entrada de la MAC como estática o 
como sticky.
Pero la razón de porque esta pasando no lo se. Tal vez memoria.
