Cualquier variante al respecto, deberían conversarla en la próxima reunión y que todo el esquema conste en <b>actas</b>.<o:p></o:p></li><li class=MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle style='margin-left:0cm;mso-add-space:auto;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1'>ALTA NETFLIX: para poder tomar el contenido tanto del OCA como del POP, el miembro primeramente debe solicitar CACHE DE NETFLIX a CABASE y firmar CARTA OFERTA CACHE, si es que ya no lo ha hecho.<o:p></o:p></li><li class=MsoListParagraphCxSpLast style='margin-left:0cm;mso-add-space:auto;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1'>DESBORDE: El OCA evacua aproximadamente el 66% del contenido en forma local y debe buscar el 33% restante. A eso denominamos DESBORDE, entendiendo por desborde las películas que no se encuentran en el OCA, y cada miembro pagará en forma individual dicho tráfico medido desde el POP CENTRAL.
