[Lista ArNOG] Consulta sobre regulación en uso de CGNAT

Hola Andrés,

 

Eso depende de la regulación existente en cada país. Un juez no te puede pedir lo que no exige la ley que guardes, y la ley muchas veces, no cambia … (o no a tiempo).

 

En muchos casos (diria que 99% del mundo) no existe, y por lo tanto, solo hay la regulación “antigua” que obliga a guardar las IPs, pero no indica si publicas o privadas, ni dice nada al respecto de puertos …

 

En cualquier caso insisto en lo que he dicho muchas veces. Es mas caro usar CGN y loggear, que comprar IPv4 y evitar el CGN.
